Available delivery options and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout.

Click & Collect is also available from our store at 14 Edgeworth Street, Warrane TAS 7018.

Some oversized items may be available in store only and will not be offered for online delivery.

Rustic Roots does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us at contact@rusticroots.au.

We may ask for photos or other information to help us assess the issue. Where applicable, we will provide a remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
